Property Management Maintenance Technician

Emerald Management is a locally owned property management company based in North Boulder. We are adding to our team seeking an experienced/reliable team member to help with the maintenance of our portfolio. Aggressive pay and benefits for the right person.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance of MEP's systems across the portfolio

Spot roofing repairs

Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and light cleaning during tenant turnover

Drywall/framing

Logistics & Client Communication:

Work hours are M-F 7:30AM-4:30PM

Obtain maintenance requests from tenant's and facilitate prompt repair

Plumbing/electrical/HVAC skills highly valued

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be physically able to climb ladders, work with power tools, and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)

Valid driver's license
