Denver — Outreach Representative (Property Managers / B2B)

Role: Part-time to Full-time (W2)
Comp: $20–$25/hr DOE + commission on self-generated jobs + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend
About the Role
We’re a fast-growing cleaning & property services company looking for a people-person who can build relationships with property managers, apartment communities, storage facilities, and commercial accounts. You’ll stop into nearby buildings when our crews are working in the area, introduce us, leave a flyer, and book work (same-day when possible). If you’ve got B2B / property management experience or contacts, even better. This is way better than sitting in an office.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with dispatch for same-day closes when possible
Track stops/results in our simple Google Sheet at day’s end
You Are
Friendly, persistent, organized—comfortable walking into offices and starting conversations
Experienced in B2B sales or property management/vendor relations (preferred)
A safe driver with a clean driving record (required)
Tech-comfortable: basic CRM/data entry
Schedule
Start part-time (20–30 hrs/wk) with a clear path to full-time if it’s a fit
Weekdays, daytime; occasional light events or follow-ups
Pay & Perks
$20–$25/hr DOE + % commission on accounts
