Illumin8 Real Estate LLC is looking for a select few to join us on our real estate journey here in Colorado Springs, CO. We are a small company and are looking to stay that way. We are looking for either new or experienced Broker Associates that are looking for a company that offers individual mentoring in a friendly, nurturing environment with your success as the primary goal. The employing broker has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and enjoys teaching and sharing all of his experiences to help you succeed in real estate. One of the owners has 20 years of experience and has been one of the top investors and flippers in Colorado Springs.

We have several aggressive and creative marketing programs for sellers and buyers, and we will teach you how to use them. We have an office with several conference rooms available, including huddle areas and a lunch area for your use.

Our primary goal is to help you develop your own business, become successful, and mentor you as you experience the challenges and rewards of the real estate industry.
