A role you will love

Are you organized? Like a clean release? We need your help to coordinate, analyse, and manage internal and external releases.

A newly created role within this development group in Loan Services. An opportunity to make this role your own.

As part of the Software Delivery organization, provide Release Management across all delivery teams and provide consistency and alignment of teams and processes. Provide project coordination and management, release activity management, reporting and analytics of the release process and success. Provide analysis, coordination, and management of domain maintenance.

  • Provide release coordination for App Dev, Data Management, App Support, RPA, CCT, other internal Computershare groups as well as 3rd party applications
  • Complete Release specific tasks - coordinate deployment meetings, manage resources attending release activities, organize and ensure adherence for UAT signoff and recording, manage dependencies, manage notifications, verify changes companywide are not impact planned activities
  • Hold Release Retrospectives to review release performance and incorporate improvements into processes
  • Improvement of consistency of process related to release activities
  • Reduction of missed or late notifications of dependencies to other teams
  • Development of cohesive organization of release activity

What will you bring to the role?

  • Excellent organizational, time management and project planning/strategizing skills
  • Strong understanding of software deployment methodology and processes
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledgeable in system, server, and application maintenance, including server operating systems, software version, and versioning of frameworks and other components
  • Experience in Agile methodology (Scaled Agile preferrable)
  • Knowledge of Financial Services (Mortgage or Banking Services) industries and markets is highly regarded. Previous experience working in and supporting global business units with hybrid custom-built and 3rd party solutions
Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Project Management from four-year college or university; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred: 3+ years' experience in Project Coordination, Management, or related experience1+ years' experience in server administration, software development or related experience

Compensation. $95,000 - $110,000
