These combined systems and applications supporteligibility and enrollment determination and processing for medical and cash assistanceprograms for the state.This position will support system user communication and change management work as part ofrelease activities and in parallel with the completion of other system readiness work, includinguser driven functional system changes.Duties:Primary job duties include the following:Assist CBMS Business Readiness & Communications team in drafting and editingdocuments and Online Help instructionsResearch projects and user trends to plan and execute change management activitiesPresentations to CBMS users and stakeholders in all counties and eligibility sitesSupport system users by collaborating in creation and maintenance of user-facingdocumentation and standard operating procedures, guides, and artifacts that support usabilityParticipate in release planning and post release command center activities, when requiredAdditional duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google SuiteContent writing experience for all media platforms.Experience in presentation and public speakingExpertise in the application of commonly accepted style guidelines and writing practices asprescribed in publication use as The Chicago Manual of Style and The MLA Style ManualExpertise in the use of content and knowledge management tools including SalesforceKnowledge and Salesforce CommunityKnowledge of project management software, including Atlassian SuiteExperience with process documentation and process improvementMust be able to work independently and be proactive in reaching for informationMust be comfortable in an environment with rapid change, multiple vendors, and many concurrent projectsDesired/Preferred Experience & Qualifications:Experience working in the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS)Understanding of business processes and procedures related to providing health and humanservices benefits at the county and state levelsUnderstanding of federal and state policy regarding eligibility determination, calculation of health and human services benefits and other functions of the CBMS application
