DescriptionQualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
Previous experiences in rendering and management positions
Electrical and mechanical background preferred but not required
Ability to manage and work with people
Computer skills required
College preferred but not required
Minimum of High School diploma, GED or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor product by paying attention to yields and quality
Review equipment for proper functions and cleanliness
Make sure employees have reported for work and put proper alternates in place if not present
Observe that employees are correctly and safely performing their jobs
Update maintenance with any equipment or machinery problems
Suggest methods in improving production
Troubleshoot equipment operations
Sample products for quality and moisture levels every hour
Adjust production according to what fabrication produces and sends to rendering
Recommend ways to run equipment and machinery in a more effective manner
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Base salary range of $62,561 - $78,781
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
