This position provides program administration support, assists with project planning and ensures pre-established work scope, study protocol, and regulatory requirements are followed.This position will monitor and evaluate institutional performance as it pertains to data quality and study compliance. This position will develop and maintain moderately complex spreadsheets necessary for tracking and generating institutional and grant-related performance reports.This position will utilize education and experience in research administration to assist in interpreting protocols and study documents. This position will possess a high degree of understanding of science research and can apply general analytical skills to make recommendations for resolution to new/outstanding operational issues.This position must be able to inform, facilitate and coordinate the efforts of team members at multiple Research Centers in locations across the country and with CSHRI functional team members. This position is focused on supporting the programs objectives, assessing operational, financial and compliance risk, and overseeing quality time-lines throughout the life-cycle of the project.This includes ensuring successful outcomes of programmatic and financial requirements, milestones and deliverables, enhancing operational management and efficiencies and increasing operational performance.QualificationsRequired Experience and Education

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education and experience in science research, clinical practice and service line specialties required.

Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience, prior experience in project management role or data analytics/analysis.
