Residential Concrete Sub-Contractor Needed

Local concrete contractor looking for a sub-contractor that can handle approx 2-4 concrete projects per week in the Colorado Springs area.

Primarily driveways, walkways, patios and steps. Mostly broom finish, occasionally stamped/colored.

Average job size is approx 500 sq ft.

Average project includes:

Demo and dispose of old concrete.

Ground prep (road base and compaction).

Standard flatwork install

CLEAN UP JOBSITE

Sub-Contractor must own (NOT RENT):

Dump trailer

Skid steer w/breaker

Walk behind (dingo) w/breaker

Gas powered compactor (jumping jack)

Gas powered demo saw

All standard concrete demo and install tools

Sub-Contractor to provide:

All forms

Concrete (schedule, delivery and payment)

Pump truck (if needed)

All rebar

All ground prep materials (Class 6 road base)

Pay to vary by project. Roughly $9/sq ft for remove and replace flat work. Plus additional pay for all standard concrete add-ons (thickened edge, curbing, steps, stamped/colored, drainage install etc.)
