Boxcar Santa Fe has opened up two restaurants on the shores of Lake McConaughy - a beautiful 30 mile long lake, with white sandy beaches, fishing, boating, and other recreational opportunities. This will be our fourth season as owners and we are excited to expand our offerings to include jet-ski rentals, and domed glamping units (glamping = glamorous camping).

We are gearing up for the season and positions and opportunity are plentiful.

We operate two full-service restaurants, a convenience store, a beach camping facility, and a beach-side hotel. We need everything from dishwashers to line cooks and sous chefs, from housekeepers to hotel managers, from servers and bartenders to assistant managers. We are also very much so looking for a dedicated maintenance manager / groundskeeper. This opportunity will be seasonal or year-round for the right individual.

Line Cook starting pay $18, more with experience. Dishwasher pay $16 hour+.

We are able to provide seasonal housing for anyone willing to work "the season" which is roughly Memorial Day to Labor Day. If the Memorial Day start date conflicts with your school or other schedule please let us know as we are willing to adjust the start date to early and mid-June for the right candidates.

Anyone joining us on this venture will then be offered full year opportunities in Boxcar Santa Fe and or Boxcar Lake Mac if they are interested.

Bonuses for completing the season are available.
