We are currently seeking committed, experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing brand. We expanded our company and family when we introduced Fitness Chef Pro at Club Greenwood in Greenwood Village. Our new project is an authentic taqueria in Greenwood Village, we will be promoting some of our team members for this new project. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role in full service setting.

A passion for service and understanding of what is needed to provide a high level of hospitality.

Organized and detail-oriented & strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer skills required.

Energetic and Enthusiast: capable of working a 8 hour shift.

Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations.

Leadership skills and ability to make decisions quickly and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.

Exude professionalism and genuine warmth and care towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, business associates, etc.

Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.

Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed.

Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience and selection and retain your team.

Salary: $55,000- $60,000 BOE

Job Type: Full-time
