Restoration Mitigation Technician

Location: Johnstown, Colorado

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our restoration team. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We provide paid training and opportunities for industry certifications.

Responsibilities:

Assist in water extraction, drying setup, and demolition

Learn to operate dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters

Document job progress using mobile apps or forms

Keep job sites clean and organized

Communicate with customers

Rotate into after-hours emergency calls once trained

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces or attics

Positive attitude and team mindset

Willing to work occasional nights/weekends

Preferred (not required):

IICRC WRT or related certifications

Construction or labor background
