Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading player in the oil and gas industry, who is looking to hire a Revenue Accounting Supervisor. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Accountant Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing revenue accounting processes. The Revenue Supervisor assists in leading all month-end close and revenue processes. Responsibilities include the review and recording of all revenue from the sale of oil and gas production by the Company, preparing all required internal and external revenue reporting as well as the supervision and development of revenue accounting seniors and staff. In addition, this position will be responsible for completing a variety of high complexity assignments involving advanced technical knowledge of accounting principles and production/revenue practices in the industry. This is a great role with a growing Oil & Gas client in the Denver area. Requirements
5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, with a focus on oil and gas exploration and production.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
Proficiency in using ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with specialized oil and gas accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
