Right hand man

I am looking for someone with some common sense working with concrete and helping do deliveries I will train for the whole job experience is not a requirement but can help I offer some different pay options of which one is guaranteed 40 hrs a week year round. This job is outside in the mornings and inside truck with me making deliveries the rest of the day. I would like to find someone who will stay awhile not temporary. If this is you please contact me
