Maintains excellent quality in medical assistant and nursing work, clinical supplies and equipment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborates with the site managers and medical director to maximize clinical efficiency and effectiveness in the service line.The value you’ll bring to the team:

Demonstrates responsiveness to staffs ideas.

Participates in associate selection and retention efforts.
Coordinates orientation with new employees.
Integrates new information, policies, quality initiatives, and other improvements into daily practices, representing the changes in a professional, positive manner.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Degree: Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Two years of clinical experience required
