Description: During winter months, performs and provides snow removal during snow storms and snow clean up after storms have passed. Responds to emergency calls for snow mitigation.Performs a wide variety of manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, shoveling, raking and unearthing. Loading and unloading variety of materials. Collecting and removing trash, debris and other refuse in and around buildings including maintaining walkways, steps, gutters, storm water and catch basin areas.Maintain soil conditions, lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers in order to provide a pleasing and aesthetic facility. Fertilizing, mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, watering and multiple housekeeping duties. Maintaining, installing, operating, repairing and adjusting of irrigation systems.Utilizing drawings or sketches to plan, lay out and modify new and existing landscape.
