Satellite Office Manager

The new field office for Josh Brooks Construction will be opening soon in Sterling.

The satellite office manager position is now available.

Requirements:

Professional demeanor, appearance and work ethic.

Ability to properly manage, play well with others.

Positive attitude.

The ability to fulfill contracts, meet deadlines, keep/beat budgets.

Must have a valid Drivers license;

Reliable, respectable vehicle (preferably a nice truck), you will need to be able to deliver personnel and materials safely and professionally.

Knowledge of Construction: Experiance in roofing and other trade specific construction is a must.

Responsibilities include:

Good communication and coordination with general and sales managers.

The retaining and timely keeping of:

Resident and sub-contract crews.

Proper management of jobs and the timely keeping of: all projections and their production.

Proper management and the timely keeping of: all material ordering and delivery schedules.
