Position Responsibilities:

The Project engineer will have the responsibility to work with the Task Order 02 (TO02) Leadership to manage, coordinate, and oversee the cross Agile Release Train and Cross Functional Product Team efforts associated with TO 02 PR Implementation and Deployment changes, TO02 contract proposals and Mods, and back up the TO02 Release Manager to task and lead the TO02 PR and ECP Implementation. The Project Engineer will support the planning and execution of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, ECPs and other customer engineering estimate requests. This individual will support development of TO02 IMS objective evidence, the collection of IMS status accounting, and will support cross spiral de-confliction, cross Functional Area coordination, and schedule/resource issue resolution.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of the following: Planning, Scheduling, Project Management and EVMS. Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment. Experienced in developing & managing project teams and schedules. Experience in Development Lifecycle and knowledge of spiral development processes. Must be currently working C2BMC project management scope.

Experince Required:

Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross Functional Area efforts associated with both the Sustainment and Development lifecycle management with emphasis on Deployment activities. Experience with project planning, cost, schedule & performance. Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities.

Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
