These positions require a high level of patience, and ability to de-escalate situations in a calm and professional manner. Prior security experience is highly preferred but not needed.Job Requirements:
The ability to utilize a tablet, computer, or smartphone.

CPR, AED, Guard License, and First aid certifications are a plus.

Position Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED Required
Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
Standard computer / technology skills needed
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
Customer service background preferred
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
