Seeking qualified Janitorial Subcontractor - Glenwood Springs

Seeking a qualified janitorial subcontractor to clean a building in Glenwood Springs. This building is cleaned Monday-Friday evenings.

Schedule: M,W,F takes 4 hours (for 1 person), and Tu/Thu takes 1-1.5 hours (for 1 person).

RATE: $1800.00 per month

QUALIFIED SUBCONTRACTORS will have a currently registered business with the CO Secretary of State, proof of general liability insurance, proof of worker's comp insurance (if anyone other than the business owner(s) are cleaning), and 2 verifiable customer references.
