This role involves ensuring that our aerospace systems, products, and services comply with all relevant regulatory and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airworthiness certification, regulatory compliance, and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the identification, analysis, and assessment of regulatory and contractual compliance of aerospace systems, products, and services. - Collaboration: Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define, validate, and integrate airworthiness and regulatory compliance requirements. - Technical Review: Conduct reviews of regulatory and customer requirements and evaluate their impact on company products and services. - Certification: Lead the development of compliance statements for the airworthiness of aerospace systems and products. - Process Improvement: Advise on process improvements and address reported in-service fleet issues to achieve regulatory compliance. - Regulatory Engagement: Engage with regulators on complex programs or initiatives to shape and influence certification strategies and activities. - Project Management: Oversee large projects or programs, utilizing project management tools and processes effectively.
