Sr. Business Analyst [Client Details Upon Phone Screen]

Location: Hybrid Model; 2 days remote (Greenwood Village, CO)

Contract Duration: 12-month contract (Expected Conversion)

Compensation: $115,000-$130,000W2, Comprehensive Benefits, Paid Holidays, etc.

Overview: The Product Connectivity team at [Client] is looking to hire a Sr. Business Analyst to support projects related to network upgrades and network modernization efforts. We are looking for someone with extensive experience working cross functionally, analyzing and interpreting data and writing requirements for technical teams.

Skill Set:
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in an enterprise environment
  • Ability to make sense of product and customer data, interpret it and present findings
  • Strong excel skills or experience with other visualization tools
  • Ability to write requirements and work cross functionally with technical teams
  • Strong desire to take initiative and be collaborative with a high aptitude to learn new things
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Day to day
  • Writing requirements to support Network Evolution projects
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure projects are on track and are aligned with the requirements.
  • Collaborating across many parts of the organization including Product, Connectivity, Net Ops, Field Ops, etc.
  • Analyzing both Product and Customer data and presenting tangible findings to leadership
  • Looking at Product data to understand how the product is performing, how it is being marketed, if it is keeping up with speed needed, etc.
  • Customer data is focused on churn, customer retention, calls into agents, call resolution, etc.
  • Attending and contributing to meetings regarding Network Evolution projects
  • Must be able to collaborate and break down silos across the organization to bring groups together

Team overview: Will be working with Project Managers who are driving network modernization and upgrade efforts across the Connectivity organization.

Interview Process: Two step interview process. The first interview will be a 30-minute conversation and the second interview will likely be a panel onsite.
