SNI Technology's client is seeking to hire a talented Senior Digital Media Planner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

Please note this position is not a remote position and requires in-office work

Top Must Have Requirements:

  • Position Summary The Senior Digital Media Planner is an agile, analytical media expert with knack for client relations. They are process-driven, detailed, translate business strategy and objectives into measurable marketing KPIs.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop region-specific media plans and online budgets that support corporate marketing and sales strategies, aligning business objectives to best use of paid media channels to deliver business impact.
    • Devise cross-platform digital advertising programs/campaigns utilizing various assets including display and video.
    • Create comprehensive Creative Briefs for new ad projects.
    • Manage digital media vendor relationships, negotiations/purchases of non-biddable media, and keep up with the latest features, and new buying opportunities.
    • Use media planning tool to track budget, allocated and actual spend.
    • In partnership with the Digital Marketing Specialist, process marketing credit card receipts, accruals, and invoices monthly. Work with Finance and Accounting team members to capture allocated spend/actuals.
    • Stay well-informed on each market region. Research competitors and meet with the local marketing specialists regularly.
    • Work collaboratively with digital platform owners and other marketing/sales resources to ensure optimal channel distribution, orchestration and performance.
    • Actively make media plan optimization recommendations to increase ROI and drive incremental volume as supported by channel lead performance and reporting.
    • In partnership with the Digital Marketing Specialist, oversee programmatic display program. This includes creating campaigns, troubleshooting, verifying media buys to ensure proper execution during the campaign launch process, reviewing performance and devising/executing optimization strategies.
    • Contribute to monthly performance reporting. Assist Sr. Marketing Analyst in the strategic analysis of media plan performance and draw conclusions to improve future performance. Present results to National and Division Marketing resources on a set cadence.
    • Utilize brand guidelines and collaborate with creative team to ensure messaging and creative across all customer channels/touchpoints are cohesive and tell the brand story.
    • Promote positive working relationships within the department, the company, and the vendor community.
    • Based on candidate experience level, there will be an opportunity to delegate and oversee the responsibilities, and assignments appropriate for Digital Marketing Specialist.

    Requirements
    • 4+ years of paid media planning, buying, and tracking experience, preferably within an agency.
    • Strong understanding of which platforms and placements to leverage across all levels of the marketing funnel.
    • Well-versed in social and programmatic buying methods and tools. Experience in Facebook, Waze, DV360 and CM360 are preferred.
    • High proficiency in Excel - comfortable pulling raw data, creating pivots and data visuals.
    • Experience with any of these (or similar) would be a plus: Air Table, Microsoft Dynamics 365, TM1.
    • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand paid media concepts quickly.
    • An enthusiastic team member who executes efficiently with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
    • Experience with B2C clients, clients with longer purchase windows is a plus.
    • Self-starter with the ability to communicate and engage proactively with the team.
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

    Compensation
