This role is hybrid from our office in Greenwood Village, CO or Canton, MA.GP&D work to drive the Architectural vision for our organization across the globe. A role you will loveAs our Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of the IT Infrastructure deliverables, with a good variety of technologies to work with. This is a great opportunity for you to use your knowledge and truly drive a successful outcome for the business.In this role, you will engage, direct, and influence a range of stakeholders on the key deliverables, while working closely with our wider technical teams, and individuals to track project deliverables.Other key responsibilities include: - Working with stakeholders and GP&D management to define project scope, initiate, plan and manage Projects through to completion
- Working with GP&D management to assign infrastructure resources and budgets
- Assessing, reporting, and managing risk and security implications for the transformation
- Managing and tracking project team progress and financials against the plan
- Collating support / warranty documentation ready to handover to Support Team
- Conducting Post Implementation Review and recommending improvements
What will you bring to the role?Being able to bring people together to work collaboratively will be a gift of yours and you will be transparent in your expectations of the team around you.Stakeholder relationships will be key to success in this role, so you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships across a range of disciplines and levels, with the ability to influence and will be knowledgeable in the IT infrastructure domain, having Project Managed integrations and/or migration Projects in previous roles, giving you the ability to truly share your knowledge and know-how with the Project team and make change a success. Planning, scheduling, development, creating communication plans, mitigation of project issues/ risks, dependency tracking, and Service Transition related activities will all be strengths you possess.You also have: - 8+ years demonstrated experience in Information Technology, working on technology related Project Management
- Demonstrated experience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple complex and major impact projects.
- Demonstrated experience with managing stakeholder expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with Senior Management.
- In-depth experience with Cloud & IT Infrastructure
Bonus points if you have: - 3+ years of experience managing complex technology Cloud & Infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Experience operating within a global team
- Experience with Portfolio Management
- ITIL aligned Service Management experience
- Experience operating in a regulated environment
- Exposure with mergers, acquisitions, and divestments
- Proven ability to follow technology practices and standards, keeping your knowledge up-to-date and acting as a technical resource for others
- PMP certification
