Fraud and Revenue Assurance Systems responsible for building a team that designs, develops and maintains our MNO and MVNO Network, Consumer and Commerce Fraud and Revenue Assurance software platforms, as well as extension into Platform as a Service (PaaS) for third party integrations.

Margin Assurance Systems responsible for building a team that designs, develops and maintains our MVNO Network, Roaming and Commissions systems. Primary responsibilities in RETAIL WIRELESS are to design and build greenfield, cloud-based systems to support multi-billion dollar 5G wireless enterprise operations. You will enjoy leading the agile development of the cloud-based platforms, information security alignment and software installation focused on flexible micro services designs. The position will interact heavily with the business owners to drive the long term strategy and evolution of the platforms including CI/CD and AI/ML integration.

Overall Responsibility:
  • Set strategic roadmap and core architecture for each application
  • Align cloud infrastructure deployment and software development
  • Lead development of software installation and code promotion
  • Ensure proper information security profile and remediation
  • Manage tight deadlines on complex deliverables to meet business needs
  • Present project timelines, objectives and progress to executive management
  • Experience leading and managing high performing teams
  • Experience in managing complex system requirements
  • Experience in Wireless and/or Telecom Industries
  • Experience with one or more of the following: MVNO, wireless billing and settlements, revenue assurance, fraud detection/mitigation, Roaming or Commissions
The various areas of strength include one or more of the following:
  • Network and Consumer Fraud
    • Develop integrated software to ingest large scale data networking feeds and signaling for identification and management of 5G wireless fraud
    • Alignment of network slicing and international roaming components
    • Consolidation of multiple MVNO and MNO platforms
    • Ingestion and calibration of VAS product structures fraud risks
  • Commerce Fraud
    • Establish platform to manage front end sales fraud exposures including Point of Sale, Dealer Networks, National Retail Partners and eCommerce solutions
    • Work with complex data engineering requirements
    • Expand capabilities for extension to new channels and products
    • Align with order orchestration and 3PL systems
  • Revenue Assurance
    • Build centralized Revenue Assurance platform to validate revenue from network usage through mediation and rating to billing and invoicing for 10 million + customers
    • Integrate diverse data elements via API, XML, SFTP and other conduits for rapidly expanding and product catalogue
    • Calibrate variance alerts and case management infrastructure to support line of business and executive management reporting
  • MVNO Network
    • Develop complex rating engine to validate multi-billion dollar annual network costs for 10 million+ diversified customer base
    • Integration of corporate acquisitions
    • Migration of legacy customer base between network elements
    • Ingestion of additional products and services structures
  • Roaming
    • Establish platform to manage international inbound and outbound roaming costs
    • Work with complex data engineering requirements
    • Expand capabilities for extension to new vendors
    • Align with Fraud and Network Policy Engine requirements
    • Test and support new BCE reporting standards
  • Commissions
    • Build centralized commissions payment architecture to support multiple Point of Sale systems and retail compensation structures
    • Integrate diverse data elements via API, XML, SFTP and other conduits
    • Calibrate extensive product and residual calculations and payment authorizations
