Growing together.As Senior Product Manager for Client Experience, Optum Consumer Payments, you will play a leading role in shaping and executing our Client Experience strategy, ensuring that our Consumer Payment clients have access to industry-leading tools to administer and evaluate the performance of their Health Benefit Accounts. You will be driving the development and enhancement of our client admin digital portal, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market. You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle including the roadmap, backlog, development, digital experience, and optimization. As a member of the Consumer Payments product team, you will partner closely with business and technology teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for our clients.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of Client Digital assets including defining capability strategy and roadmap while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Engage and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to develop and execute Client Digital Experience product strategy based on market needs

Lead planning and prioritization activities while promoting collaboration among product, business and technology partners

Champion a client-centric approach while using data-driven insights, client feedback, competitive analysis and market demands to inform decisions and delivery prioritization

Identify, track and, manage dependencies, issues and, risks to resolution

5+ years as a product manager, preferably in healthcare, financial services or, FinTech industry

5+ years of proven cross-functional influence experience and well-developed relationship building skills, willing to take a leadership role driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities

2+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, Confluence)

2+ years of experience developing, designing or implementing digital admin portals

Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid understanding of Health Benefit and Directed Spend Accounts, such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Reimbursement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and, related regulations

Ability to think strategically with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment

Demonstrated success defining and launching products in an Agile environment

Ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams in highly matrixed environment

Ability to embrace change and respond quickly

Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
