Client is looking for a

SNOW Business Analyst who is well versed in leading the customer and team; virtual technical requirements gathering workshops with customers to capture all requirements necessary to implement the solution on the ServiceNow platform. The Architect provides consultative guidance to the customer and designs the overall solution based on ServiceNow and industry specific best practices.

Skills and Experience
  • Must have knowledge of end to end implementation, customization and enhancement of ServiceNow and its integration with third party tools.
  • Must have ability to do process flow analysis and process redesign.
  • B2B Domain knowledge is strongly desired.
  • Must have knowledge on Automation Projects.
  • Must have understanding & experience in Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Database etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow Service Mapping Module.
  • Intermediate knowledge of network topology, how load balancer works, application deployments etc.
  • Understanding of Event Management tools, capabilities and integration options into ServiceNow.
  • Certifications
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

      (CSA).
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM or CSM.
    • ServiceNow pre-sales accreditations in multiple product lines (CSM, ITSM).

Responsibilities
  • Leverage SNOW OOTB capabilities.
  • Responsible for sharing the best practices.
  • Responsible for producing a detailed functional design document.
  • Collaborate and produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration.
  • Write detailed documentation including HLDs, Configuration and Design Documents.
  • Manage customer and business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders in the project.
  • Implementation of SAFe Agile methodology.
