Location: 100% onsite in Denver, CO Duration: 6 months with possible extension but not guaranteed Hours: Standard working hours - MST Principal Site Reliability Engineer Description: Responsible for providing the primary management, administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of production platforms within a 24x7x365 environment and data center environment. This role must be able to understand, execute, and document moderate to complex operational tasks and work requests that are assigned and have experience in moderate to complex research and fact finding using various tools and informational sources. Day to Day: Work under the leadership of technical onsite lead and assist with following tasks (sample list)- Fallout remediation & support
- Site Validation & remediation
- H/W Support
- Day 2 NOC support
- NOC Site analysis, troubleshooting & restoration
- Drive Test support
- vCenter host cleanup
- Infrastructure management
- Dark sites management
- Provide BMO (Bare metal orchestration) L1/L2 support Requirements:
- 8 years experience
- Skills required broadly: strong fundamentals in OS (Linux/ESXI), scripting experience is a plus
- Good knowledge on ESXi/vSphere & Bare metals
- Hands-on basic Networking experience
- Some hands-on for AWS, Kubernetes experience
- Telecom background (working with vendors like Mavenir or Samsung) will be plus
- Telecom Field experience (if any) A great candidate: Self starter / self motivated with leadership skills. Ready to do anything possible to make the customer successful.
