Soldering Technician

Perform electronic assembly, including SMT and through-hole soldering, utilizing knowledge of associated tools.

Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team.

Maintain and meet production requirements through team scheduling and quality meetings.

Engage in problem-solving within a team environment using principles from SPC (Statistical Process Control) and TQC (Total Quality Control).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to read and build from procedures and prints.

Experience in SMT soldering and familiarity with associated tools.

Training or certification in IPC-A-610 is beneficial.

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and processes.

Minimum of 1 year of SMT soldering experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field.

Experience in electronics manufacturing is required.

Strong communication skills in both written and oral English.

Proficient in computer use, including Windows, Excel, and Word.
