Sous chef/ lead cook with FREE housing/ 40 hour week

A private, family owned restaurant is searching for an experienced sous chef or lead cook ready to lead our very small team from mid-Mid- June until the end of September. The role is active in the kitchen as the person would be firing the steaks and handling the plating. The restaurant is a fine dining steakhouse but not pretentious, everything is made from scratch in house and is mostly farm to table. The schedule is typically 40 hours a week, as the restaurant is open from 5-9pm nightly only serving dinner. We also host alot of events each season so individual would help coordinate with the crew. We pride ourselves and team on no drama, offer a positive work experience, and we believe its in our best interest not to micro-manage but to help where we can so others can lead in the future. Must have Serve safe certification
