- The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the technical subject-matter expert and provide guidance to cross-functional teams and internal business partners.
- Business analyst: Work closely with business partners to define system needs, determine where improvements can be made, and help develop systems and processes that benefit those business improvement goals. Core responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical design documents and wireframes, as well as drafting and executing software test scripts
- Leading product demonstration and configuration discussions as well as performing assigned business analysis tasks in the project plan. Working with Project Manager and Project team to develop the implementation approach, including required training, rollout methods, and change management. Lead Enterprise QA teams Have to be able to prioritize, multitask, think strategically, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree in computer science, business, marketing or related technology discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) years consulting experience in Software and Information Technology industries with a leading consulting firm or software services organization
- Experience with Software Implementations and SDLC methodologies
- Professionally demonstrated functional expertise and leadership capability. Highly knowledgeable of current state of major functional areas •Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; including the ability to learn new software products •Ability to convert client needs/requests into business solutions and articulate the business impact of technology to clients.
- Proven experience effectively communicating expectations to team members, conducting internal status meetings, client status meetings, and client checkpoint/milestone meetings.
