Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 6+ years of Data Analysis and reporting with a history of working in complex data analytics projects using data from various applications and warehouses Strong SQL skills (must) and experience with data integration and ETL processes Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving with little direct supervision. Ability to learn quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity Demonstrated ability to understand the data and the applications/processes that generates this data by iteratively hypothesizing and either proving or disproving the same while building overall understanding of dataset and the process flow Strong communication, verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders Experience using Python for data analysis and predictive analytics (nice to have) Previous experience working with call, case and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR etc. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc.)

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify data needs and identify and/or develop solutions that meet business requirements Research, hypothesize, test and validate, establish the link between and within data from various sources and leverage that understanding to answer business questions Write complex SQL queries that utilizes multiple tables and generates the output that can be leveraged in reports Develop and maintain automated processes that streamline data analysis and reporting Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models using Python, document the approach and present findings to stakeholders Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing Perform adhoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve existing processes Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis
