specialists, you will report to the Mission Crew Interfaces IPT Manager as

the Responsible Engineer for Cargo Accommodations for the Lunar Crew Module.

You will be responsible for the stowage of cargo within the Lunar Crew Module.

You will work closely with Crew Systems, Utilization, Structures, and

Configuration to compile functional requirements, develop a concept of

operations, layout flight hardware, create interface definitions, and

own the hardware for the inventory management solution.Your deliverables will be part of the Human Landing System (HLS)

Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program. You will play a key role in

developing the Lunar Transportation system that will return humans to the Moon

and extend human presence permanently beyond the bounds of Earth.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership

skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human

spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities:

Own technical design of cargo accommodations solutions for the Lunar Crew

Module, including cargo restraints and mounting hardware

Support the Displays and controls subsystem in the definition of requirements

for an inventory management system

Own the volume allocation and layout for cargo through the crewed mission

phases

Develop and maintain interface definitions between cargo accommodations

systems and other vehicle subsystems including but not limited to

Structures, Crew Systems, Utilization, EVA, Displays & Controls,

and Command & Data Handling

Manage and maintain a full subsystem design and its associated documentation

(CAD, drawings, ICDs, BOMs, etc)

Perform architecture studies, operability trades, concept development

Create and manage the concept of operations for cargo through different phases

of flight and missions, supporting the needs of different subsystems

Develop technical subsystem requirements and support requirements' flow down

and verification planning

Coordinate with the integration and test team to ensure verification plans

meet system safety requirements. Provide resources to support the I&T team
