Please log into Workday and click on Menu or View All Apps, select the Jobs Hub app, then click the magnifying glass to Browse Jobs.Job Purpose/OverviewThe Senior Manager, Training Curriculum is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering sales training content to the Sales Training Team for execution, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager, Sales Training and Development, this individual will be responsible for developing strategic learning programs for the sales teams including product and medical, sales process and methodology, enablement tools and technology, and advanced learning.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Curriculum Development Team and process through hiring, motivating, coaching, training, process development and improvement that supports the overall goals of the team.
Conduct training needs assessments against current and future state to identify immediate priorities and long-term roadmaps
Develop training plans in support of multiple sales channels in alignment with stakeholders
Partner with internal and external resources to consult on content development for trainings, meetings, and special projects to ensure alignment
Develop plan to track and analyze success of programs ongoing; using methods aligned with leadership team, build recommendations and implement creative solutions
Cultivate knowledge of global, cross-industry best practices in Adult Learning.
Develop a solid understanding of veterinary industry trends impacting independent and corporate owned practices
Devise a knowledge base rooted in adult learning, company products, and internal systems.
Navigates through ambiguous situations in a manner consistent with the Five Principles of Mars and uncompromising integrity.
May be asked to participate in other initiatives, special projects and other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of leading large full life cycle projects
Preference for veterinary industry and/or diagnostics experience
3+ years experience as a Supervisor/Manager
PMP certification a plus

Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to assist in driving business objectives
Strong leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues and to work with all levels internally and externally
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; team oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to build high impact presentations.
Proficient with Highspot Training & Coaching
TravelOccasional Travel may be required, up to 10% of the time.Working ConditionsThe associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. Environment where pets are presentThe Target Pay Range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually.
