Accountable for delivering software solutions within the broader SSPP organization, the Omni Team Leader will, over time, seek to invest in their organization’s autonomy. Develop a high performing organization by creating and fostering an iterative and continuously improving environment.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired Qualifications

Experience:

6+ years of technical and/or Product Management Experience. 3 years of experience leading complex projects. 3 years of team (direct staff) leadership . Experience within the Self-Service (previously ‘DASP’) organization (any function)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Design or Technical field such as engineering or computer science or relevant work experience
