- Architect and engineer our client's SaaS product features and services from initial design thru implementation
- Gain deep understanding of product and business requirements as a foundation for making technical decisions
- Maintain a high standard of code quality, processes, and procedures by promoting team best practices around testing, code reviews, and design patterns
- Translate complex design and product requirements into discrete engineering tasks for delegating to the broader development team
- Proactively communicate status updates, identifying potential blockers, and resolving the root cause of issues collaboratively with the team
- Serve as a lead and subject matter expert in performance improvement and enhancement and automation engineering
- Be the owner of your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of our SaaS product
- Demonstrable ability to motivate self and others, and a passion to mentor other developers
- Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field AND 2+ years full-time Software Engineering work experience OR 5+ years full-time Software Engineering work experience, including at least 3-years total technical software engineering experience
- 5+ years' experience developing complex enterprise grade web and API architecture, including XML, JSON, Angular, C#, .NET 4.8+, MVC, WebAPI, EntityFramework, OAUTH 2.0+ services design
- Significant experience architecting and building logic and rules engines and algorithms
- Significant experience architecting, designing, and engineering custom real-time web applications specifically single page applications (SPA) in high security environments
- Experience with Web and API architecture, including XML, JSON, Angular and SOAP-based services design
- Experience working with complex data model engineering and application development with specific experience in building enterprise CRM-scale enterprise applications that involve millions of rows of data and large volumes of interactive and non-interactive users
- Experience with API engineering for multiple system integration patterns that involve async data interactions and CRUD operations
- Working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
