You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HR applications and databases, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes.ResponsibilitiesOracle E-Business Suite Development:
Design, develop, and customize Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to HR functionalities.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions within the Oracle EBS framework.
HR Systems Integration:
Work closely with HR teams to integrate Oracle E-Business Suite with other HR technologies and systems.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across various HR platforms.
Database Management:
Utilize basic Oracle SQL skills to perform database queries and updates as needed.
Support database-related tasks, including data migration, backup, and maintenance.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR systems and implement enhancements.
Collaborate with HR professionals to streamline workflows and increase overall system efficiency.
Documentation and Compliance:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle E-Business Suite configurations and HR system integrations.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations within the HR technology landscape.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite and HR technology.
Familiarity with Oracle SQL for basic database operations.
In-depth understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably within Oracle E-Business Suite.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
