Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing team is looking for a Website Optimization Lead to join the Site team. The team works every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Support innovative projects that drive new customer acquisition and sales growth through dish.com
- Effectively manage collaborative work with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Leverage Adobe analytics to conduct sales funnel analysis, provide customer insights, identify opportunities to A/B test or personalize content in order to increase conversion rates and improve the customer experience.
- Leverage qualitative data from user testing research, partnership with the Consumer Insights team and visual analytics tools to uncover friction points on the Website UX and ideate potential solutions, in collaboration with team members.
- Proactively identify and share opportunities for conversion improvement with digital media partners and manage the delivery of new digital assets in partnership with engineering and UX design teams.
- Partner with internal IT and UX Design teams to design, implement and report on new pages, features, and tools for the desktop and mobile websites.
- Partner across the marketing department, the broader DISH organization, and with vendors such as Adobe, Invoca and Quantum Metric to deliver high impact digital campaigns that drive new customer acquisition goals.
- Leverage an array of analytics tools to create meaningful and actionable reports that help DISH stakeholders to assess performance of key growth-driving initiatives.
- Strategically assess acquisition opportunities, current customer impact, and help implement corporate-wide programs.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to successful Website campaigns
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
- Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and demonstrated experience with analytics programs such as Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Web Trends.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with web development and web design practices strongly preferred
- Able to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- Able to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven experience collaborating with teams
- An eye for design that improves the digital user experience and elevates the brand
- Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and hands-on experience with online analytics or testing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Usertesting.com, Quantum Metric and Hotjar.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or Magento a plus
