The Macaluso Agency is a highly successful agency located in the same location for twenty three years. We are looking to expand and add a licensed producer. Insurance Agent/Sales/Producer Job Requirement
Colorado Property & Casualty license (must currently have)
Colorado Life & Health license (must currently have or be willing to attain)
Strong work ethic and integrity
Work within a team environment to achieve quarterly sales goals
Ability to work at a fast pace with strong organization skills
Comfortable communicating with people via telephone, direct mail/email, and in person
Strong follow-up skills
Computer proficiency
Insurance Agent/Sales/Producer Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and marketing via telephone, referrals, social media, and community interaction
Ability to achieve specific sales goals and sales quotas
Participate in incentive programs designed to help you meet and exceed production goals
Present quotes and professional sales presentations to new clients
Cross-sell insurance and life products to existing clients
Customize insurance and life programs to suit individual client needs

Annual salary (based on experience) plus incentives. State Farm Experience with a proven track record will be taken into account.
