Ideal person would have years of hands-on experience in high end construction, excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to handle a dynamic environment. This is a non-smoking position. Need to have reliable vehicle and license. Contract work, PT/FT possible. Local experience and good relationships with suppliers and subs would put you at the top of the list. Great opportunity for a local seasoned pro. Good pay for the right person.
