POSITION PROFILEThis position is responsible for supervising a team managing all functions related to print production customer service, quoting, order processing, communication, reporting, and invoicing. Will assist in resolving complex challenges while identifying the root cause of problems brought to the team by internal and external customers. Drives strategies and process improvements within the department to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team.Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises and motivates team of non-exempt employees.

Accountable for all department policies and procedures assuring delivery of the highest levels of customer service and communication along with the accurate and timely processing of orders

Manages daily workflow of customer requests and timely deliverables utilizing MIS system scheduling tools and customer portals.

Reviews / approves complex quotes and production timelines

Assists with marketing of services and new customer onboarding.

Support sales teams with customer communication and recurring meetings.

Delivers on monthly reporting activities.

Assist with customer portal management and MIS system enhancements,

Maintain relationships and onboarding outside print partners.

Assists team members in identifying the root cause of complex problems and assuring timely issue resolution.

Coordinates development and training for respective team.

Responsible for developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

Recommends and/or supports innovative procedures to improve productivity and efficiency while ensuring the highest level of quality.

Responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is consistently delivered to all internal and external customers.

Maintains efficient workflow by holding teammates accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.

Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Typically Required:

Experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic expectations.

Preferred minimum of 3 years of industry experience or minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.Typically Preferred:
