Sushi Chef Assistant

We are looking for an assitant for our sushi chef from Japan with potential advancement for sushi chef.

Ideal candidate must have prior sushi experience and excellent knife skills.

This can be a part time positon.

we close Tuesday and Wednesday. working hours are basically from 4:00pm until 10:00pm.
