As a key member of the Consumer Experience & Clinical Enablement Team, the System Director, Consumer Product & Experience Engineering will partner closely with Marketing, Physician Enterprise and IT Stakeholders to set the vision, strategy and execution for the development and enhancement of consumer-facing products and clinical applications.A successful candidate will be a transformational technical and people leader providing insights to the executive leadership team on technology advancements for full software stack, cloud-based systems, and microservices while ensuring scalability is at the forefront of strategic conversations, and building and leading a world class technical team.Essential Key Job Responsibilities

QualificationsRequired Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

10+ years of experience in leadership roles

10 + years of experience in operating in software, web and marketing engineering & architecture, technology product management and/or product development roles.

Director, Principal architect or above Experience in digital Healthcare platforms, marketing and engagement platforms, and Consumer Product Engineering Industry, where Adobe technologies play a critical role, such as Digital Marketing and Content Management.

Proven track record in leading, managing, and nurturing diverse technical talent is critical.

Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital consumer, web and marketing transformation initiatives.
