Responsibilities: You will help build the technologies that enable millions of Americans to connect and converse with information and one another. You will work in a complex, fast-paced and highly elastic environment that provides opportunities to navigate across different teams and projects. In this role, you will:

  • Manage Software system and functionality in a cloud based environment
  • Assess functional specifications and augment system for enhancements and performance
  • Document system processes, requirements and maintenance
  • Communicate and clarify system requirements to stakeholders
  • Understand how each system functions and be able to demonstrate functionality to users
  • Ability to adjust system operations for new business requirements
  • Analyze integrations between systems and make recommendations to streamline/enhance
  • Work cross functionally with architects to ensure overall integration with other systems
  • Work with Data Warehouse on data ingestion and format requirements for systems

Qualifications: A successful Systems Analyst candidate will have the following:
  • 5+ years' Experience managing complex systems
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) from a college or university in a relevant field of study is preferred;
  • Prior experience within the wireless/telecommunications industry preferred;
  • Experience implementing greenfield systems or migrating to new systems a plus,
  • Experience interacting with system users, developers, and testers;
  • Integrations Analysis experience;
  • Experience working in cloud based environments, AWS preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment;
  • Ability to read and analyze vendor technical procedures and documentation;
  • Ability to document system dependencies and processes as well as service continuity run books;
  • Knowledge of data and database integrations;
  • Experience in researching new software, frameworks and technology products preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute workload
