By clicking on the links, you can find out more on how we proudly support Global Diversity and Hiring Our Heroes .We are seekng a System Integration and Test Engineer to be responsible for safe development and execution of assembly, configuration, and test procedures during all satellite test phases including pre- and post-environment system performance tests, solar array & mechanism deployment tests, environmental tests, PIM/EMI/EMC tests, and launch base operations. You should have an understanding of principles and disciplines such as policy, procedures, process discipline, operations, safety, and command media to perform job duties of Space Vehicle Test Engineering.Summary of Key Duties for this position: Perform test planning and oversee the execution of subsystem and system-level testing; report test results and test discrepancies. Oversee the execution of manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft assembly/testing at both the factory and the launch site. Lead cross-functional Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) operations; coordinate support for daily activities across multiple IPTs. Moderate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize test plans and test procedures that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Have sound organization and troubleshooting skills and understand hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities.
