By clicking on the links, you can find out more on how we proudly support Global Diversity and Hiring Our Heroes .We are seeking a System Integration/Test Engineering Associate Manager who will manage the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.Summary of Key Duties for this position: Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversee the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Direct the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manage the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Direct experience with operations developing and executing the production and test processes and tools. Demonstrate the ability to transfer knowledge to stakeholders across Space. Knowledge of the Digital Tapestry and Transformation initiatives and advanced engineering practices. Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.Desired Skills: Thorough understanding of Test Engineering Standard and other Test and Lab Management. Command Media, Automation Framework (AF) Lead Capital projects. QNotes. Understanding of Production life-cycle, CIPS and ERP/VE-CAMS system architecture. Ability to read, analyze and interpret various technical procedures and reports. Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) attributes with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Strong Engineering and technical background focused on electronics test. Multi-tasking, self-starter with the ability to work in an environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules. Experience with test development, Special Test Equipment.
