Healthcare Operating System includes roadmap and strategic direction for clinicalcapabilities such as the core electronic health records, third party apps and bolt ons, homegrown application bolt-ons,revenue cycle solution that includes Patient facing, Clinician facing and Business Operations facing capabilities in closepartnership with national and local clinical/medical informatics teams, revenue cycle operations team, physicianenterprise executive stakeholders and acute ancillary service lines leaders such as labs, oncology, pharmacy, surgery etc.ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESBuild lasting relationships with national/division medical and clinical informatics teams to build aprioritized, multi-year roadmap for Healthcare Operating System. Work with finance partners toensure that the business case is built and funding is secured to deliver the solution as planned for the

continuum of care.Manage close to 100M operating budget and $50+ M Capital budget for various products and servicesrendered by the Healthcare Operating System team in close partnership with Engineering leaderswithin Applications and Software Engineering organization

Negotiate with vendors in conjunction with vendor management and contract negotiation to get the bestterms for CommonSpirit Health.

Inspire team to increase delivery throughput for ongoing software enhancements and newdevelopment efforts

Proactively invest in growing talent internally in areas where we want to expand based on the roadmap.

Prior people management experience including conducting performance management, coordinating trainingand hiring team members.
