Location: Aurora, CO Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. (8+ years) Systems Administrator for a 1+ year contract in Aurora, CO.
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Poly ? Yes This job will have the following responsibilities:- Maintain and provide upgrades/enhancements to hardware components.
- Patching and securing of computer hardware and providing general support to developers and production systems.
- Review and provide solutions to problem reports.
- Review and provide hardware solutions for RFC's.
- Coordinate with technical leads to generate required documentation as needed for all hardware replacements and upgrades.
- Attend technical meetings to discuss hardware changes and impacts.
- Respond to problems encountered with operational systems.
- Maintain and create documentation describing the hardware being maintained.
- Write and maintain accurate reconstitution procedures and perform backups on all responsible systems.
