Systems Manager

Description

Diagnose and repair computer hardware, software, and backup systems.

Manage network equipment to include Wireless Devices, Printers, Routers, and Firewalls.

Maintain routers, proxy servers, switches, DNS/DHCP, and WAN accelerators.

Make sure software, firmware, and security patches are compliant with systems.

Manage inventory and technical vendor relations.

Support phone system including conference rooms, desktop, and mobile.

Manage inventory of office equipment.

Requirements

Experience managing operational networking equipment in a business environment.

Network maintenance.

Well-versed in Windows and AppleOS devices.

Active Directory experience.

Virtualization experience.

Self-starter.

Solution-oriented.
