As the newest member of our People Operations team, you will be coordinating our effort to level up our white glove candidate experience - build our brand to attract world-class talent. You’ve had a couple of years of experience as a recruiting assistant or coordinator supporting the frontend process of recruiting.You are superbly organized, enthusiastic about learning, and most importantly, love working with people.You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you work on 5-10 jobs simultaneously, gracefully moving from task to task with ease.There is lots of room to grow, so if you are looking for an opportunity to stretch yourself professionally and align with a true leader in the industry, let’s talk!

Some of the work that needs to be done:

  • Assisting in facilitating recruiting programs for open positions within the company – providing a white glove experience for all candidates
  • Serving as the central point of contact for open positions, working with hiring managers to attract the right candidates, effectively onboarding for success, and developing for retention
  • Proactively monitoring job postings, opening new sources for candidates, and prescreening non-technical roles
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers - playing a key role in coordinating the entire recruitment process

Qualifications

Your experience includes:

  • Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience assisting in frontend recruiting - ad placement and marketing, prescreens, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement and retention
  • Proven success at building strong relationships with employees and internal teams
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills and comfortable collaborating at all levels of the organization
  • Technically savvy with strong MS Excel and Office365 skills – AND you are an internet wizard!
  • Ability to work gracefully under pressure, managing multiple projects, changing priorities with attention to detail and impeccable time management
