Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business and reach our growth goals.

You will own engaging passive candidates for our pivotal technology consulting roles. This role is more than simple recruiting, you should be able to build rapport with engineers, PMs and more to engage passive talent in dialogues that ultimately allow you to evangelize Logic20/20.

You thrive in the hunt and are focused on networking closely within the industry/market to identify the right talent and companies to target. You’ll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful sourcing strategies which promote aggressive methods to locate, evaluate, and pipeline technical candidates for Logic20/20. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner across teams and execute sourcing campaigns to attract the best technical talent the industry has to offer.

You will need to think local but source nationally to ensure we can identify, engage and hire some of the best technical minds out there. Candidate quality is at the height of our TA program. You will be the ‘tip of the spear’ when it comes to engaging talent on behalf of Logic20/20.

Responsibilities

  • You will immerse yourself in the community and engage job seekers through thoughtful and personalized approaches
  • Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, events, and pipelining efforts and crafting custom outreach and other meaningful candidate engagement techniques
  • Work closely with Talent Advisors and Practice Area Leads (PALS) to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how each fits into the organization
  • Deliver pipelines of talent to recruiters on a daily basis; schedule interviews based on your sourcing successes and candidate availability
  • Research and gather market intelligence and be able to understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities
  • You will own candidate relationships all the way to the point of the recruiter interview, and will be tightly integrated into the feedback process
  • Recommend and drive improvements with Talent Advisors and PALS to effectively screen and assess talent
  • Track sourcing activity and share with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Talent Researcher Manager, Sr. Director of TA and PALS to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role
  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and to understand candidate motivation
  • Screen profiles and engage with candidates to determine basic qualifications
  • Participate in sourcing projects/recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to, meet-ups; tech events; conferences, and hackathons
  • Find, engage and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github), personal networks, blogs, social media and more

Qualifications

  • 1+ years recruiting and/or sourcing experience, preferably in Management Consulting, for a technology focused organization
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
  • Decisive and ability to push back constructively and consultatively when appropriate
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers
  • Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
  • Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies that are uniquely your own
  • A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
  • Exceptionable ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
